If I had a dime for every pair of Spanx I own, well… I might just have 5 dollars girlfriend. Hell, I practically quit wearing panties 2 years ago when I discovered Higher Power had the slit that let me go to the little Belle’s room! As a matter of fact, forget flowers… nothing makes me feel better than a new pair of Spanx! As far as the the Wonderbra, there hasn’t ever been much mystery with the women in my family, but I hear they are fabulous. You’re a smart woman to love every inch of that body that allowed you to create such an amazing family. They’re lucky to have such a beautiful mother. Miss you too!

Thank you Misti. This was the easiest thing I’ve ever written because it’s the truth. For years I’ve imagined my friends going to aerobics classes and effortlessly dancing through the hour, but it’s just not the case. I’ll always try to make healthy choices in my life (and I’ll always let myself splurge too) but above all I have learned to love and accept myself for who I am, even if it means having to sew a few busted buttons… xoxo

From a fellow Belle that has been through the same weight struggles (my sizes are 10, 12 and 14), it’s unfortunate, but refreshing to hear that I’m not alone. I felt like you were reading my thoughts. Thanks for writing this honest blog pretty lady.
